A special Sword & Shield inspired Nintendo Switch Lite, featuring Zacian and Zamazenta, will be released in Japan November 1st (Friday).
The pre-order period for the game console, which seems to be exclusively through Pokemon Centers & Stores, including the On-line Store, will run from July 12th (Friday) until October 20th (Sunday). Shipping will cost an additional 818 yen. Consoles cannot be picked up in person.
The end date for pre-ordering both the Switch Lite console and the Sword & Shield game is October 30th (Thursday) and free shipping will be included. Note that the Pokemon Sword & Shield game will not be sold with the Switch Lite as a bundle.
The price for the Switch Lite is 19,980 yen (21,978 yen with tax).
Note: The Switch Lite includes the new 10% sales tax which goes into effect in Japan October 1st.
The Japanese game system can only be shipped within Japan.
There is a limit of 1 console per person.
Pre-orders may end early depending on the amount of orders received.
