We finally got our long awaited news for the New Years festivities!
Before we dive in, a quick reminder that I can help pick up everything listed on this page (aside from the lucky bags)!

Let’s start with New Years excitement!
Similar to last year, instead of having a set of plush for 5,000 yen, the Pokemon Centers in Japan will be selling Lucky Bags (fukubukuro) with 1 of 3 possible mascot plush inside.
The lucky bags themselves will feature Pikachu on one side and Pikachu, Rowlet, and Alolan Vulpix on the other.
Lucky Bag Mascot Plush
The three possible mascot plush are Pikachu, Rowlet, and Alolan Vulpix. Each plush comes with a matching mini sized backpack for them to sleep in.
Each lucky bag will cost 4,000 yen after tax.
Special clothing lucky bags will be available exclusively through the on-line Pokemon Center website. They will be available for pre-order starting December 16th (Saturday) at 10 am and will be up until December 24th (Sunday) at 11:59 pm Japan time. This bag will also cost 4,000 yen after tax.
The charity line of goods, Pokemon With You, returns December 23rd (Saturday) with a new batch of badges!
This set includes: Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, Sylveon, Incineroar, Decidueye, Primarina, Bewear, and Togedemaru. Each badge costs 270 yen after tax.
Last and not least! A super cute pastel themed promotion called Oteire Please! (Take care of me, please!) will go on sale at most Pokemon Centers starting January 1st and the remaining Pokemon Centers January 2nd (Monday & Tuesday respectively).
For the astute observer, you will notice that Popplio doesn’t appear in this series at all. Maybe next time, champ.
Some items of note from this release: the return of the 3 for 1,000 yen sock deal, cute plushies covered in dust, blind packaged charms and gacha figures, and a cute candy tin!
