Can I combine orders?
If you placed two separate orders and would like to combine them, either get in touch with us directly or leave a note with your second order asking to combine.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled, so please be 100% sure you want an item before purchasing.
The exception to this is if a mistake was made when ordering. In this case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
Miki Mart currently accepts payment through Paypal and credit cards.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is both weight and location based.
To calculate shipping costs, first put all items you want to buy in the shopping cart and go to the check-out page. Click on “calculate shipping”, make sure your country of residence is selected, and then click “update”.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Customs fees are dependent on the country the recipient lives in and it is the customer’s responsibility to know what the fees are and to pay them. Please keep this in mind when placing orders.
How long does it take to receive orders?
Orders are shipped out every Thursday.
Shipping time depends on where the package is going to. Domestic orders generally arrive within a week. International orders can take 1-3 weeks.
Note that select countries (Ireland, Mexico, South America/Central America, Africa) can sometimes take 1-3 months to arrive so please keep this in mind when placing orders.
It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received a shipping notice.
There is a chance the shipping notice was sent out and it got sent to your junk mail. If you’re worried about an order at any time, feel free to get in touch with us along with your order number and we will give you an update.
What happens if my item was returned to sender?
The customer needs to pay re-shipping fees if the package was returned due to a mistake in the original address or if the package was left too long at the post office.
The exception to this is if a mistake was made on our part when writing out the address, in which case Miki Mart will be held accountable for paying the re-shipping fee.
How a package is delivered is dependent on the postal service in your order and consequently there isn’t much we can do regarding requests such as “please leave in front of door”. You will have to get in touch with your local post office with any delivery requests.
