Hello everyone!
It’s been a while since my last Pokemon Center Report, for which I apologize. I’ve been doing my best to keep up with the weekly news announcements while also dealing with a mystery illness which ended up being a semi-serious kidney infection. Long story short, after two months of struggling and a short hospital stay, I’m finally back to normal and healthy again! Moral of the story: sometimes you should take WebMD seriously when it says “get treated or you will have problems”.
I have a couple Reports in the wings, so get excited for Pokemon Center photos!
A new batch of Pokemon Center exclusive Pokemon Dolls were released July 20th.
Pokedoll
The set included Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur plus Dewott and Lotad (not a random inclusion at all)
Pokedoll Mascot
Along with regular sized Pokedolls, there were also smaller sized mascot plush of the five Pokemon.
Some super cute Pikachu and Eevee plush were released July 27th.
Pikachu Eevee Outbreak
The plush and mascot plush are based on the mascot characters that walk and dance around during the annual Pikachu Outbreak event in Yokohama.
San-Ei All Star
A new collection from San-ei’s All-Star line also came out around mid July. The set included some fan favorites and some random selections (like Staryu). My personal favorite is Spinda who doesn’t have a lot of official plush.
Some smaller and un-announced releases during this period include… the Eeveelution plush mascot socks!
Not really practical or comfortable but still adorable, there was a cute sock for every Eeveelution, plus Eevee.
Eevee Pikachu Mascot
Also some cute Pokemon Center exclusive mascot plush, including Pikachu and Eevee (and Mew, although not pictured)
That wraps up this week’s Pokemon Center Report – thanks for sticking around!
