Hello everyone!
I’m surprised the Pokemon site updated today, considering it’s a public holiday in Japan, but they did! The news wasn’t very exciting, but we have a couple extras not from the main site to add in.
New iPhone shell cases will go on sale exclusively through Pokemon Centers & Stores in Japan from July 28th (Saturday).
July Phone Case
7 Days Story, Ditto, and Pikachu Wood Grain designs are all soft shell.
Pikachu Yellow, Charizard Orange, and Silhouette designs are all hard shell.
All phone cases are available for 6, 6s, 7, 8, and X.
Cases sized for iPhone 6, 6s, 7, and 8 cost 2,030 yen each.
Cases sized for iPhone X cost 2,160 yen each.
Along with cases, four types of ring grips will also be sold starting July 28th (Saturday).
Each ring grip costs 1,814 yen after tax.
An extra large Snorlax plush will be available for pre-order exclusively through the Japanese Pokemon Center On-Line store.
This plush measures roughly a meter and will cost 32,400 yen after tax.
The pre-order period will start July 21st (Saturday) at 10 am and end September 2nd (Sunday) at 11:59 pm.
In Pokemon Center news, the Yokohama Pokemon Center will be moving from it’s current location in Minato Mirai to Marui City just outside Yokohama station.
The current store location will officially close October 28th (Sunday) at 6 pm. The new Center will open November 9th (Friday).
Last but not least! The 9th volume of the popular Pokemon All-Stars plush series from the San-ei toy company will be released sometime in mid-November 2018.
The main release will consist of their smaller sized plush, including: Sandshrew, Magnemite, Chansey, Ditto, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Corsola, Phany, Mawile, Garchomp, and Lilligant.
There will also be three medium sized plush: Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur.
There will be two larger squishy and soft cushions: Koffing and Munna.
There will also be three types of carabiner clip plush pouches: Vaporeon, Flareon, and Jolteon.
